yes newbie! i only started really sewing more seriously about a year ago, but i really don't like using patterns, so i'm kind of learning things the hard way! as far as those pants go, it's the easiest thing ever to make - learned from someone else's blog...seriously!
so crazy- i just pulled out the sewing machine a few days ago with the intent of starting up and here you are inspiring me. i keep you posting about your seamstress skillz! love what you are working on!
